The instrument is designed to supply and suck fluid in the nasal cavity during rhinoscopic surgeries. Its application makes it possible to effectively clean the surgical site, remove blood, mucus and other fluids, providing a better view and manipulation precision.

Clinical use:
- Irrigation and aspiration to keep the surgical site clean during septum correction (septoplasty).
- Removal of excess mucus and blood in turbinate resection (turbinectomy).
- Sinus irrigation to remove inflammatory exudate and facilitate visualization (sinus surgery).
- Aspiration of liquid and polyp fragments to ensure cleanliness and facilitate removal (polypous rhinosinusitis).
- Rinsing and aspiration to control bleeding and maintain visibility when forming a nose (rhinoplasty).
