“Rhinoscopic straight cutting insert (ø 4,2 mm) with an aspiration function for the ElePS shaver system.

The insert is designed for dissection of the nasal septum during septoplasty and for ablation of hypertrophic nasal turbinates. Clinical use: polypectomy, removal of the maxillary sinus cyst, resection of the uncinate process of ethmoid bone. Surgeries: endoscopic polysinusotomy, ethmoidectomy. Precise removal: nasal polyps, cystic lesions, part of the uncinate process.
