“Rhinoscopic straight separating insert (ø 4.2 mm) with an aspiration function for the ElePS shaver system.

Working window: extended, bevelled.
Rotary insert: bevelled.

The insert is designed for atraumatic separation of adhesions and tissues during revisional endoscopic interventions, e.g. in septoplasty, conchotomy and removal of nasal polyps, foreign bodies from the nasal cavity, especially in children where delicate tissue separation is required. It is also used to safely remove the object for separating the middle turbinate from the lateral nasal wall, facilitating access to the affected sinuses and removal of the pathological contents.
