ElePS provides a warranty of up to three years on all its equipment. During the warranty period, repairs and maintenance are free, with replacement equipment provided during repairs. Additionally, a number of special service programs are available to help healthcare facilities minimize operating room downtime due to technical issues and achieve budget savings.
If a warranty case occurs, the customer is provided with a free replacement device for the duration of the repair, and transportation costs are also covered.
During the first year, you can repair or replace the optical tube with a new one free of charge once in case of accidental damage in accordance with Extended Warranty Terms
The trade-in program allows you to exchange non-repairable optics from any manufacturer for new ones at a 40% discount off the recommended retail price.
