Straight optical tube (⌀ 2.9 mm, 0°) is an optical instrument for visual examination of the bladder (cystoscopy).
The small diameter (2.9 mm) and 0° viewing angle allow for procedures with minimal tissue injury, which is especially important when examining children and patients with a narrow cervical canal. Due to its small diameter, the instrument can be used in outpatient care without general anaesthesia, which mitigates the risks and reduces the patient’s recovery time.
- Rod lens system with multi-layered illuminating coating provides wide format high definition image.
- Non-autoclavable sterilization is performed through submersion. 3-year warranty.
- The 80° angle between the endoscope optical axes and the light socket ensures integrity and prolonged service of the light cable.
- Supplied with adapters for KARL STORZ, WOLF and OLYMPUS light cables, ensuring compatibility with endoscopic equipment from various manufacturers.
