The monopolar electrode designed for surgical hysteroscopy is used for coagulation and devitalization of tissues in the uterine cavity. Due to its spherical shape, it ensures even distribution of energy and efficient coagulation of large areas.

Material: stainless steel, teflon, plastic.
Clinical use:
- ablation of the endometrium in vase of heavy uterine haemorrhage;
- coagulation of the polyp stalk after its removal to prevent recurrence;
- haemostasis in the uterine cavity, e.g. after biopsy or myoma removal;
- removal and coagulation of the gestational sac remains after incomplete abortion.
