Endoscopic insufflation Veress needle (for pneumoperitoneum) 185 mm Instrument for application of primary pneumoperitoneum. The needle has an automatic design: during the puncture, the atraumatic mandrel is inside the needle, when the needle passes into the abdominal cavity, the mandrel covers the tip of the needle and protects the internal organs from damage.
