Well, to be precise, it's been seven months since Arthromaster 2020. Time flies, everything changes, new ideas emerge, new people meet…that's how it should be. This time, we didn't repeat ourselves and showcased a new ergonomic arthroscopy stand, improved optics with a protective sheath, new shaver handles for small joints, and a passive irrigation system (Dubrovin cups).

It's warmer in Tashkent now than here! And this isn't just due to the weather, but to the long-awaited and warm reunion with our partners and clients. Nadezhda Pavlovna Kuvshinova (Deputy Director for Foreign Economic Activity) has been holding meetings and events with partners in the CIS and neighboring countries for many years. But 2020 changed a lot in our lives; quarantine divided life into two strange words – "online" and "offline." And now, more than ever, it's pleasant to meet with the new prefix "offline."

When we think of those who save lives, doctors come to mind first. But few realize that doctors owe much of their achievements to the unseen nurses—those "fighters on the invisible front." Operating room nurses perform titanic, yet almost invisible, work to ensure that surgeons working in the operating room save lives as quickly as possible.

We're opening 2021 with the Kuzbass School of Urology. It was a genuine pleasure and a valuable opportunity to meet leading urologists from the Siberian Federal District and our partners at our booth.

Thanks to the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, the Sibay Central City Hospital (GBUZ RB) is currently actively implementing minimally invasive surgical treatment methods. This year, the Sibay Central City Hospital received an Eleps laparoscopic unit.

We're sharing some good news! The Republic of Bashkortostan has purchased new, state-of-the-art equipment—the Eleps endoscopic laparoscopic complex. Now, Department Head Linar Alikovich Kidrasov and his professional team are ready to treat patients throughout the southern Urals for all types of abdominal surgeries!

ElePS equipment undergoing another testing phase! This time, we were at the URO-PRO International Medical Center in Krasnodar. We'd like to point out that this is the only clinic in southern Russia that performs multislice computed tomography (MSCT) for urolithiasis diagnosis. We also held a workshop on the FiberLase U1 laser system (an ElePS rotary shaver was used during the testing phase). Doctors performed two prostate adenoma surgeries.

Our Quasar urology system was put to the test at City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Sterlitamak. On the first day, doctors performed four kidney stone fragmentation surgeries and a bladder tumor removal using the laser system. Head of the Urology Department, Rasil Rasikhovich, and Head of the Oncology Department, Amir Rafisovich (@amirfarganov), were pleased with the system's performance.

We are pleased to announce that the ENT department of the N.F. Filatov Children's Regional Clinical Hospital (Penza) has purchased ElePS endoscopic equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on the ENT organs for young patients.

Medical professionals celebrate their professional holiday, Urologist's Day, on October 2nd. On this professional holiday, we wish all urologists good health, success in their medical practice, and many happy, cured patients! Best wishes, the ElePS team.
