The EndoHelp.ru Consultant Club [ http://EndoHelp.ru ] is a tool for organizing consultative support for endoscopic surgeons both in a particular region and interregionally. To receive a consultation on the results of endoscopic diagnostics or surgical interventions, images or videos are added to the patient's examination card with a note indicating a consultation request. Information about this is automatically sent to a consultant assigned in the system by e-mail. A response is usually given within 24 hours. In an emergency, you can contact a consultant via Skype. This requires the appropriate software and a Skype headset (headphones with a microphone for voice communication and a webcam for video communication) installed on your computer. Consultations are available for a fee and on a voluntary basis. Additionally, specialists in various fields may be officially appointed in your region to provide consultative support to their colleagues. Mutual professional support among EndoHelp consultant club members is strongly encouraged. To ensure the ability to save diagnostic results, your equipment must have a video capture module and the appropriate endovideo camera function.
