Endoscope with disposable cartridges for intussusception of the endoscopic tube

The main element of the disposable cartridge is an invaginator in the form of a thin-walled tube tightly assembled on the distal part of the tube: under the action of air pressure, the invaginator turns inside out and pushes the tip of the tube forward. Pneumomanual intubation is imperceptible due to: - rolling of the invaginator onto the colon mucosa; - repetition of all natural curves of the colon by the invaginator; - 16 mm diameter of the invaginator, which excludes stretching of the intestinal wall; - movement of the tube inside the channel of the inflated invaginator. A disposable cartridge, combining an invaginator, spring, condom, sleeve, tip and other parts, as well as a hydraulic joystick controlling the distal end of the tube, make colonoscopy available to any doctor. Thanks to the invaginator, isolating the tube from the intestine, it has become possible to use it multiple times without sterilization.
