Changes to the Extended Warranty Terms

Dear partners and clients! Effective July 1, 2016, the terms of the Extended Warranty for TO-ElePS optical tubes (endoscopes) will change. The Extended Warranty is provided for all optical tubes purchased after July 1, 2016, only if a responsible employee successfully passes a test on knowledge of the rules for handling endoscopes (optical tubes) on the manufacturer's website www.eleps.ru [ http://www.eleps.ru/ ], no later than 30 days from the date of sale. The Extended Warranty allows the Consumer to have the optical tube repaired free of charge once within 1 year (if it can be repaired) or to replace the optical tube with a new one (if it cannot be repaired) in accordance with the procedure and terms of the Extended Warranty. The extended warranty applies only to operational damage, such as damage to the optical elements (housing and eyecup), with the exception of cases where the damage is intentional (acts of vandalism by the Consumer or third parties). A mandatory condition for providing the Extended Warranty to the Consumer is: 1. Availability of a correctly completed warranty card, which the Consumer receives at the time of purchase of TO-ElePS optical tubes. 2. Successful completion of the test by the responsible employee on the rules for handling optical tubes (endoscopes). The extended warranty DOES NOT APPLY: 1) to optical tubes that were previously repaired by someone other than ElePS LLC; 2) to optical tubes that have already been previously replaced under the Extended Warranty; 3) does not apply to optical tubes received as a gift.
