On October 4-5, a master class on reconstructive plastic surgery of the mammary gland was held in the Marins Park Hotel, in the Rostov congress hall in Nizhny Novgorod [ http://eleps.ru/mammoplastika/ ]. Particular attention was paid to transaxillary video-assisted mammoplasty. The master class program also included lectures: reconstructive surgery of the mammary gland - a new look at the problem, aesthetic surgery of the mammary gland - the possibilities of augmentation by transaxillary access, dangers, complications (Prof. A.M.
