On June 8, 2015, new sanitary and epidemiological rules SP 3.1.3263-15 “Prevention of infectious diseases during endoscopic interventions” were approved. With the adoption of the new rules, the old SP 3.1.1275-03" Sanitary Rules "Prevention of Infectious Diseases during Endoscopic Manipulations" lost force. The main changes affected the process of sterilization and high-level disinfection (HLD) of endoscopic equipment. Thus, according to the new rules: 1) it is prohibited to use ozone sterilizers and steam-formalin chambers for sterilization of endoscopes and instruments for them (clause 7.7); 2) when repeatedly using working solutions of sterilizing agents, it is necessary to control the level of the active substance in the solution either by express indicators (if developed for the agent), or to carry out visual control of signs of contamination (clause 7.8). The Endodez agent manufactured by Eleps fully meets the new sanitary requirements for sterilization and HLD of endoscopes. It is suitable for repeated use for up to 28 days, if its appearance Has not changed. At the first sign of a change in appearance, such as color change, cloudiness of the solution, etc., the solution should be replaced. Endodes was developed by Eleps specialists for the gentle and reliable sterilization of all types of endoscopic equipment from all manufacturers. Using this product helps extend the lifespan of endoscopic equipment.
