Together for the Future: Eleps held a strategic business game!

From April 20 to 22, Eleps held a cool Strategic Session in the format of a business game! During these three days, employees from different departments — managers, the sales team, regional managers, production workers, and developers — came together to reflect and come up with new ideas for the company. The main coach was the wonderful Elena Zubareva, who helped make this three-day marathon interesting, team-oriented, and inspiring. Through games and exercises, all participants were able to better understand each other, come up with fresh ideas, and feel like part of a larger team. This session was very productive: we planned great steps for the company's development, strengthened team spirit, and just had a great time together. ElePS - forward to the future!
