The Ministry of Economic Development and the Federal Antimonopoly Service have rejected amendments from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to expand the list of imported medical products subject to restrictions on public procurement. Experts noted that the Ministry of Industry and Trade's amendments lack sufficient justification. As a reminder, in early August, the Ministry prepared a proposal to expand the list of medical products [http://eleps.ru/o_kompanii/novosti/minpromtorg-planiruet-rasshirit-spisok-meditsinskiy-izdeliy-na-kotorye-budut-ustanavlivatsya-ogranich/] specified in Resolution No. 102 of February 5, 2015, "On the Establishment of Restrictions on the Admission of Medical Products Originating from Foreign Countries to Meet State and Municipal Needs." The proposed list included: dressings, technical rehabilitation equipment, special clothing, X-ray machines, etc. Discussion of this amendment was supposed to end on August 17, but due to the large volume of proposals, it was extended until October 1, 2015.
